Cindy Morgan, owner and founder of Crayon College, reminisced on how the respected child care center started and grew over the past decade. “I opened my first location in Kingston in 2004, Morgan explained. Plymouth opened in 2007 because Kingston was full,” said Morgan.
The center offers a separate infant room and toddler program, which is specially designed for children ages 6 weeks up to 2 years and 9 months to kindergarten. It also features a program for children 2.9 years to kindergarten where they can socialize and interact with other children, and learn various practical lessons in a safe and nurturing environment. The Plymouth location also offers a full-day private Kindergarten where the young ones are taught the fundamental skills essential for success in elementary school like balanced literacy, science, mathematics, social studies, and pencil practices.
